If ever in doubt, monochrome it out. This means if you aren't sure how to style something new to your wardrobe, stick to a similar color palette but in a different hue. It's a method that works flawlessly, in my experience, and should leave you with a clean and sleek outfit of the day. That's why when styling this skirt, I went for a crew neck sweater in this cool "honey mustard" color.
