All about the soft pallet of a coconut by the sea.

If you follow me on Instagram, you saw a lot of #OTBloggerCrawl hashtagging going on last week. That's because myself, along with eleven other area bloggers, cruised around Old Town Alexandria for the first Old Town Blogger Crawl. Having grown up in the area and always loved coming to Old Town for the day, I've really enjoyed getting to really connect with the town on a deeper level through this blog. From watching my good friend Katya open her store there (She's Unqiue - Where I buy most of my jewelry), to taking over the Old Town Boutique District's Instagram and showing off the town through my eyes, it's been such a pleasure. I've also really loved getting to meet some of the other fabulous business owners (most of who are women by the way!), some of which we've been able to work with already (see our LookBook with Bishop Boutique here).
Thanks to the Old Town Blogger Crawl, I was able to meet some more lovely 'ladies of the biz,' like Gayla and Elisabeth of Coco Blanca, and discover some new places to shop. I was the Brand Ambassador for Coco Blanca for the evening; a home decor, fashion and gift shop inspired by "a clean pallet of a coconut by the sea."
Whether you are looking for beach house furniture, elegant clothing and accessories, a wedding gift, or to bring a little bit of coastal styled living into your own home, Coco Blanca is a one-stop-shop. From the name, I'm sure you guessed it - Almost everything is WHITE (or neutral), which I love. From the beautiful, clean palette to the gorgeous, modern-meets-classic designs, they have specially curated a sanctuary for coastal-inspired shopping. They have a really strong vision and you can tell that instantly when you walk into the store. They create a whole experience when shopping at Coco Blanca (You can read more about who "Coco Blanca" is here). Once you step foot in the store, you can't help but be totally inspired by the Coco Blanca style.
My boyfriend and I already have some elements of the sea into our home decor style, since we both love the beach and that's where we fell in love, which is why I was really excited to be their Brand Ambassador for the evening. I'll be sharing more of our finds from Coco Blanca, as we bring them home, on this blog. If you'd like to check out the store, and I recommend you do because it's beautiful, they're located at 210 South Union Street, in Alexandria, VA.
