If you knew me when I worked in Virginia, you know I lived for my LOFT lunch breaks. It sounds dangerous to go shopping that much, especially in one store, but LOFT is always getting in new pieces. When I think of LOFT I think of elevated classics, that are equally suitable for work or play. Plus, I pretty much live for a LOFT sale and they happens pretty often!

Now that I'm working in DC and I don't have time for my lunchtime pop-in's, a Happy Hour at LOFT is just as good, right? I like to think that the Georgetown LOFT is one of the best locations in the DC area. They have a wide selection of product and everyone is always super helpful when you need to hunt down a size.

During my last visit, I stocked up on dresses for summer. This one, I knew would be perfect for my trip to Key West. Maxi dresses are ideal for travel, they take up such little space in the suitcase and can easily transition you from day to night with just a quick switch of accessories. I paired this striped maxi with cute, white sneakers (also from LOFT) for walking around town during the day and then changed into a strappy heel for dinner & drinks.
