When it comes to things to do in Hilton Head, South Carolina, plus a direct flight to the island from BWI Airport thanks to Allegiant Air, there's really no reason not to pack up and go (Click here to read more about my packing tips!)! Sara and I spent a three nights stay at the Westin Hilton Head Resort & Spa and were able to get a taste of (almost) all that Hilton Head has to offer. From the freshly caught seafood (Hilton Head is known for its oysters!), the vast nature preserves, hiking and biking trails, water sports like kayaking and paddle boarding, and relaxing dolphin tours and sunset cruises, there's something for every island traveler.
