There's no better time than island time for off-the-shoulder tops and straw bags. Last month, I traveled to the Dominican Republic with my mom's side of the family to watch our cousin get married at the Dreams Resort in Punta Cana. The hot and humid Caribbean weather makes you wish you opted out of clothing for the week, but if we must, flowy, beach attire will do. I always pop into a South Moon Under before a trip, which always results in finding such great summer staples like a straw panama hat and a new swimsuit.
