Our grandma is French, raised in Morocco, so you will see bits of her heritage throughout her new home that she recently moved in to. She is the cutest thing ever and her house is none the less! I'm currently working on incorporating a bit of Morocco to our condo, but more on that later! For now, here's a glimpse into her home and maybe a glimpse into why we are who we are today.
She always has the best table settings.
A part of her coffee table book collection, including an autographed Valentino book.
Sequins and leopard hanging in her closet.
The best part of the office - Papi II :)
A cheery guestroom for her frequent, international visitors.
Our uncle's photography hanging in the kitchen.
Now you understand my love of orange :)
Our grandparent's house has mesmerized us since I can remember. From Dede's jewelry drawer, to her lipstick cabinet, to the coffee table books that seemed bigger than us at one point and a perfect, black and white, baby grand piano, there was always something to get in to. Their house was also extra special because it was the first and only house our Dad and his family lived in, since they came to America, from Morocco, when he was five years old!
I had so much fun taking these pictures in Dede's new house and I think all of us could use a little Dede-inspiration in our homes. Hope you enjoyed!
Absolutely stunning! xo

Absolutely gorgeous photos. Clearly the design gene is strong in your veins. Love all of the little nods to her heritage.
