Wedding season being in full swing made me want to share a bit about an upcoming wedding that's been a big part of my life the past few months. For the first time ever, I'm a Maid of Honor! In my best friend's wedding!
I've realized that no matter your role in the process, you should always be seeking out ways to make things as easy and fun as possible. I can't wait to share more bits and pieces from this exciting time, but first up is the Bridal Shower! With so many moving parts that go into a special event like this, I knew that using Minted would be the best for the shower invites. Just within their dedicated Wedding section, you can find everything you need this wedding season; Save-the-dates, wedding invitations, thank you cards, and more.
In case you didn't know, Minted is an online marketplace featuring a wide selection of independent artists' to shop from. The thoughtfulness behind the brand really translates when you receive your package from Minted. Inside you'll discover personal touches like a letter from the artist, as well as hand-written documentation of who packaged up your order. I love details like that! They make for such a fun and more exciting shopping experience.
Sticking to a theme really helps when it comes to making decisions about the event that you're planning. I landed on a "glam chic" theme. It felt right, as it coordinated really well with the bride and groom's Save The Date's. The Bridal Shower invitation design that I eventually used is called the Charlemagne and features a beautiful, gold foil lettering. It was designed by an artist named Gerri from Ravenna, IT. You can check out her full shop here! And, in case you'd like to know, the runner-up designs were the Floral Canopy and the Brunch au Champagne.
The customization options are the best. You can really create anything your heart desires within the Minted website. I was even able to choose the design for the recipient addressing, which was completely free with my order. Other personalization options include text placement, the shape of the card, adding a photo or pattern to the back of the invite, coordinating envelope liners and even stamps.
And, because I loved Minted so much, I decided to splurge on Bachelorette party invitations too! The tropical yellow font, called Lemon, just screams Miami - Where we're headed! You can find this invitation here and it's called "Let's Get Wild."
Because Minted does (almost) all of the work for you, I highly recommend their services. All that's left to do really is seal & deliver. So, pour yourself a mimosa on a Sunday morning and mail off your beautifully, personalized invitations from Minted.com!
A special thanks to Minted for partnering with me on this post.
Hey, I truly love these bridal shower invitations. These are super easy to make and look so classy. I am definitely going to make such cute cards for my sister’s wedding shower. You know she will be having royal ceremony at one of best San Francisco wedding venues.
