Whenever I think about D.C., I'm thankful to live in a place that people travel from all over the world to come visit. While I didn't make it inside the National Gallery of Art on this occasion, I enjoyed just watching the other museum goers. I wondered where they were from, how far they'd traveled, and what they thought of this city that I've lived next door to my whole life.
I especially love this part of D.C., on the National Mall. Everything is so green right now and it feels just too peaceful to even be in the middle of a big city. A couple weeks ago, about a few days after these photos were taken, Nadine & I went back here for her birthday. Again, I never made it inside any museums. I did have one amazing hot dog at the Refreshments stand though. I am a simple girl at heart!

When I first laid eyes on this red jumpsuit, it had to be mine. Red has quickly become a staple hue in my closet, but I'm picky about what shades of red I let in. This jumpsuit is the perfect shade- Bright, not to deep, and has a hint of coral. But if red isn't your thing, it also comes in black and a beautiful, blush pink! Not to mention it feels more like pajamas than anything else, it's a perfect spring and summer staple item. Perfect for a day of exploring, or just sitting and eating hotdogs, I know I'm going to be wearing it all season long.
Obsessed with this jumpsuit!! Red is SO your color. Xx!!
