sweetgreen is opening their 21st store at the newest location in McLean, Virginia (6707 OLD DOMINION DRIVE) on October 30th! To celebrate, they are hosting a private tasting experience on Monday, October 28th at 6:30 PM where guests are welcome to try anything and everything on the menu. It's an invite only event, but if you are in the area and would like to join us in indulging in the best salads/wraps/frozen yogurt/homemade iced tea/whatever else you want to try, just email us at natcpin(at)gmail(dot)com and we'll get you on the list!

sweetgreen is the healthy way to eat out. They have the most delicious salads (my favorite is the district cobb), made with the freshest local and organic ingredients. They keep it real, only working with farmers they know and partners they trust in the community. They also are the creators of Sweetlife Festival, which is not only a great time (we've been twice now!) but also eco-friendly, with solar panels to power the stage and compostable utensils, cups and napkins provided by the vendors. Two other awesome reasons why I love sweetgreen so much (the list could go on): They were founded by three, college students and they have FROYO.

P.S. sweetgreen is hosting their "Pay What You Want" event on Wednesday, October 30th at the McLean store (6707 OLD DOMINION DRIVE). On that day, they will be open from 11-4 and all customers are able to pay whatever they want and all proceeds will be donated to FRESHFARMS Markets.
