You can't help but want to move and shake in a dress like this. It's no secret I'm a huge fan of fringe, so I couldn't resist these extra long strands. I plan to wear it in the fall a bunch too - With chunky sweaters and coats over top and booties. For now, I love it with casual summer jackets and strappy heels. If you're in the market for a new spring/summer jacket, a green one is a great option to have for both casual or dressy looks.

I also just got my hair colored a little brighter by Nadine at PR Partners [K St. location] and I think it might be my favorite color she's ever done for me. It's the perfect combination of coolness and warmth and she lightened things up around my face as well while still keeping that root-y look I love all around. The best part about it - I didn't tell her to do any of this, really. She just knows. #lucky #blessed
